STRUCTURE

The Forum is a small organisation with a national perspective, and not dominated by any State or industry.

  • The Forum will be governed by a Board of Directors, located in different states and with different industry affiliations.
  • Industry associations could be members, but only receive one representative (vote) each, i.e. the same as individual companies.
  • Each company may only have one member (vote).
  • The Forum will have a small secretariat of 2 to 3 staff.

The constitution of the ANBF has been established and ratified.

 

The Forum is a non-profit organisation, with revenues to cover its costs from the following sources:

  • Membership fees, sought from all members (companies), will differentiate in relation to the size and status of the member
  • Earnings from Conference and other collective activities for the members
  • Government support
